Our bases are made from the finest Italian Caputo "OO" flour, water, salt and natural yeast - nothing else!
We offer all our 12″ pizzas on our sourdough bases, but occasionally we bring out our ACTIVATED CHARCOAL or TUMERIC bases for something a little different!
We also offer *ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE bases(£1 supplement)
*For all allergen and other dietary advice, we ask that you check with us prior to ordering, so to avoid any health complications. For those that are acutely gluten intolerant, our oven always has gluten present, so we are unable to cook a COELIAC pizza.
